Unread post by solopy567 » December 21st, 2008, 3:03 am

I want to be absolutely sure.

Did a full translation of Kagetsu Tohya ever come out? Because i've seen pictures from the translated game here and there, so i want to make sure

doesnt necessarily have to be mirrormoon.

It can be found on the BeastLair site. I think it's ok to give the link to that thread here.

Yep yep. By Beast's Lair. Its well done, but has a couple of grammer/spelling errors. Theres only like 2-3 noticeable ones.
"Hah, I see, I see! Yeah, thats so much more important than who my master is! You're right, kid!" - Lancer
"Therefore, give me tea." - Okazaki Tomoya.

Oh that takes the music that in the CD version that has Kagtsu Tohya. So you may have to search for it on the Tsukibako disk or Kagetsu Tohya disk you've installed the game with.

When I started up my iTunes, the Kagetsu Tohya disk started playing. So that confirms its there.

However, I looked everywhere in the disk, but i just cant find it! It cant be compressed into one file, so thats out of the question, but there is no cd folder there.

Try using the same instructions given in the Tsukihime readme to get your music:
► Show Spoiler
I used a personal arrangement, so I didn't have to do this...

About the music:

Thing is, I couldn't find the music ANYWHERE on the Kagetsu Tohya disk. And I mean nowhere.

Surely it'll say something in the properties part in iTunes?

Unfortunately it didnt, so i had to resort to...OTHER... measures to get the music (Which all of you probably know what).

So basically, I couldn't find the music on the disk.

But thanks for the help anyway, you can let this thread die.

Well there is one site I know of, but it could be considered on breaking the warez rule though. In any case try using any serch engine for Kagtsu Tohya music files and I'm sure you'll find something. Evedentlly there should be some online stores that still sell those CDs mind you aside from the two that are usually posted around here... I think.

Kid-Wolf, by talking about how to get KT music illegally you are in violation of rule number 2. Consider this an official warning.

Alrighty I kind of thought that would go against it in the first place, but to be honest I'm not fully sure how it's possilbe to extract it from the disk legitamately you know.

In any case I think it may be best to lock this thread so I don't dig myself a grave, just in case.

Assuming it's plain CD-DA, exactly as you would legally extract the music from the Tsukihime CD. See the readme snippet posted earlier.
