Brunestud and Altrouge Brunestud...
I'm curious about those two... were they turned into vampires by the Brunestud family or something?

It might be this epilogue to Arc's true end:

Altrouge is mentioned a couple of times.

Seconded. much awesomeness, actually makes arcs endings feel comparable to the others.

The one who sees the unattainable perfection. Repeat.
The one who is blind. Relinquish.

how much of that information is confirmed by Nasu exactly? the only references mentioned are Tsukihime 2 prologue and the melty blood bible.
Is all that information really in there? I kind of doubt it.

You are here alone again
In your sweet insanity
All too calm, you hide yourself from reality
Do you call it solitude? Do you call it liberty?
When all the world turns away to leave you lonely
