Havnt played arcade/storymode/what-ever-its-called but if you think she says seven I think it could be correct. Some of her tatoos says "VII"(Seven) and she also says "Seven" when she does her arc drive, also during the arc drive the roman number for seven is shown as the attack is executed.

Ciel uses Seven to refer to the Seventh Holy Scripture, the holy bazooka used as a weapon against reincarnation, hence the frequent use of the word. The corporeal form of Seven is also known as Nanako, meaning virtually the same.

You mean "Seven! Korede saigo desu!"?

I think it means "It's over for you!", or "You're finished!", or "This is the end!", or something like that.

The typical friendly greeting one would expect from a rabid Burial Agency member, isn't it?

Got that right, but when she does her AD and AAD, what does she say then? And her LA? Just curious^^

I'm not sure about AAD and LA, but I'm pretty sure AD goes "Seven! Code Square!"
In any case, I think it's "Sebun! Koodo Sukuweiyo!"

I suddenly had an urge for a Nanako route...but that's a different story.

Not necessarily.
After all, it makes no difference to this unrivaled demon. (A bazooka is fine too) :D

Based on a BASIC knowledge of Japanese I'ma have to say it's a combination of the 2 bolded ones.
"This is your end!"

Not as epic, but I think it's closer to reality.

While I can't do an "Englishification", it's closest to "This is the end" but I'm almost sure it involves ownership over who's end it is.
