Melty Blood Act Cadenza

Does anyone know if there is going to be a PC release of Act Cadenza? I mean, I thought Final Tuned was supposed to be the PC version of it but it seems that it lacked much of what AC has... Anyone know anything?

The chances of getting a PC port of Act Cadenza are pretty slim at this point. If you really want it on PC, you can get the PS2 version then run it on an emulator.

EDIT: By the way, welcome to the forums.

There's always the chance of a fan made port, but I think that'd be quite unlikely.

Personally I'm getting my PS2 modded so I can import it.

You need a good emulator for that. Pcsx2, while decent is still far from running games correctly.

Ignoring the major slowdown there's also missing sprites, incorrectly sized sprites which results in weird lines around them, wrong colors, awful blur etc.

For Act Cadenza the newest version of the emu freezes at the memory card screen.

I uploaded my copy of Melty Blood: AC to my hard drive using HDLoader. Works perfectly.

It seems a pc port is actually being made. :o
Too bad the download links are down at the moment, at least for me.

I think the front page just says that it's an update for the arcade version, though I'm not 100% sure. It's supposed to be ready in a few weeks (winter 2006), but I haven't seen any store list it for preorder, which is why I'm thinking it may just be a promo for the arcade.

It is a pc version. I finally downloaded it and tried. It's a trial, and has Len and White Len playable.

And damn, does White Len have a lot of new stuff. :P

Its without a doubt Melty Blood AC B, which is supposed to come out in arcades as well (at least that is what I had heard). This is a pretty extreme update, as you can tell from the demo... i mean, White Ren is playable now...

From what pukka says in IRC, its just an advertisement for arcade version B.

On the other hand its a pretty wasteful way to do a PC port demo just for a arcade ad.......

Here is the startup menu for the MB:AC ver.b trial which I've hacked/translated a few days ago for anyone interested. http://mbac.mirrormoon.org/files/mbacb_trial_eng.rar :P

There's a small fun thing within the game btw. If you run it around christmas time (like now :P) you'll get this little thing:
