I poked around for a while, and while I can't confirm what soundboz says, I did notice word about Melty Blood: ReAct Final Tuned (for the PC), does anyone know what that is?
Life's but a walking shadow; a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more: it is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

@soundboz: Well, that doesn't mean it'll come to the PS2. As a matter of a fact, I don't think any of these small scale games are going to come to PS2.

I don't think it's just a rumor. Ecole, the people porting it, has made a few games for Dreamcast, way back. Ecole is a part of SEGA and SEGA published Act Cadenza for the arcades. SEGA owns the Naomi I/II system which the arcade uses. I think Naomi I/II works on PS2. I know it works on Dreamcast.

Well, Sega developed its development kit ADX to be cross platform a long time ago (when it decided to go 3ed party). To this day it is still one of the most popular cross platform development kits and has been used in such games as Tales of Symphonia. The hardware isn?t compatible, but the development software makes it much easier to port.

BTW, the release date for AC on PS2 has been announced: http://e56.info/mbacps2/index.html

Um, we all know Act Cadenza is slated for Japanese PS2 release, right?

Edit: Oops. I didn't realize someone posted the link to it...

Ok, question that will probably seem stupid to some, but in the character section of that site * http://e56.info/mbacps2/index.html *, who's the guy 3rd from the right on the bottom row?

Question aside, it's looking good... Looks like the graphics have been given a touch up as well.
Just gotta pray for an American release and even more, an Australian one.

Kishima Kouma.

Appears only in Kagetsu Tohya in a side story and is embodied in Shiki's dream during the "main story".

There is more, but it is pretty spoilerish for those who haven't played the Tsukihime game.
