who's route are already finished and how many heroine's are there?

Nadeshiko route is finished and Risa route is whats left.

what about mikan, silvie, kotarou? there's no route for them or there just like supporting char. with a big role in the story?

Unfortunately, there are no "routes" for any of the characters (pets and humans included) except for Risa and Nadeshiko. In each of the girls' routes you have more scenes/developments with certain pets. (e.g. - If you do Nadeshiko's route, you'll see more Kotarou scenes/dialogue. Or if you take Risa's route, you'll see more Silvie scenes/dialogue). I guess you could say that they're supporting characters in a way.
