Windom PNG files. Why won't they open? Why??

For a while now I've been trying to figure this issue out. I tried multiple different programs, and I even opened one of them to see if it was something the creator put in the text to make the image unreadable.

All of this was futile because I still cannot open the images. Does anyone out there have any idea on how I can fix this issue?? please let me know as soon as possible.

I assume you're trying to open one of the 4 folders' files (Map, Robo, Texture, X) :?:

That would make sense. Does anyone know how to decrypt them so i can get in and edit them? I simply wanted to modify some of the images so I could give the game a fresh look.

I remember arch saying it was a xor encryption. You could try a known-plaintext attack using the png header.

Since I know nothing of xor encrypting, all I did was come out with a mess of text after running it though a known-plaintext attacker system online. the header of the PNG is:

89 50 4E 47 0D 0A 1A 0A

could someone break down to me how i take the header from the Games PNGs and manually decrypt it? or must i decrypt the whole file? I really didn't realize it take this much effort to open a dang PNG file.
