Windom US East Cost Servers

ok, quick question. im curious to know if there are any IP addresses for Windom that are servers on the US East Coast. the servers on the west coast cause my internet to lag like hell and causing my ping to go up to 80 by default. and that seems impossible since i have +30mbps internet speeds. anybody got any pointers for me?
