Mecha color scheme?

Unread post by ShikiXNanaya » April 28th, 2008, 3:25 am

Is there a way to change the colors on the mecha? I could have sworn I've seen a red Windom XP/Vista and a couple of other mechs with color changes.

Push other buttons while selecting your mechs on the mech selection screen.
Some mechs have less color schemes than other mechs

Could anyone perhaps tell me what he means by other buttons? Like, how exactly would you change the colors?

When you are in the mech selection screen, hold down one of the keys you assigned to control the mech, then use the arrow keys to select the mech, then select your pilot, then the stage, all while holding down that key. For example, holding down the jump button for the WindomXP Type-B will give it a blue color.

This doesn't apply when playing online, though.

Is there a list of buttons needed to press around? It would be easier then messing around with the buttons.

@ Lilium:
So far the buttons for changing the color scheme of a mech are: Z, X and C
Hold down one of these buttons while selecting a mech and stage, and VOILA! You enter combat w/ a different color scheme.

The Z, X and C Color schemes vary between mechs though.
