Haagen Dasz!

Unread post by TakaJun » May 22nd, 2008, 9:56 pm

I bought one today as I was coming home.
The strawberry ones were almost sold out. Hope it's not just a coincidence :D

So, did anyone else get a "sudden" craving for Haagen Dasz?

I bought two on the way home to watch the movie after seeing the scene at work. We only ate one though and it was quite enough. Quite sweet but it was a good icecream. Shiki was very moe eating it though, but I liked my company more :3

Is it... yoghurt or something?...
I'm confused... what does this... dairy product has to do with Type-Moon??

Yes.. yes I did.
Didn't like it much, but I just had to "eat the damn thing".

What's up with the product placement btw.

Mmmm...

Yeah.. Haagen Dasz is mouth watering..

But for me.. Its a tad bit on the expensive side...

I've DEFINITELY eaten it... But only on special occasions.. And maybe only on special occasions in the future as well...

I dont think my wallet can handle it if i gave in to my Haagen Dasz cravings...
I'd rather settle for the slightly cheaper Ben & Jerrys...

Hmm.. on a side note...
Which part of this topic is about a "General TYPE-MOON Chat"?

Hmm.. Nvm.. Seems like ayadew just posted before i did

I was looking for it yesterday. But couldn't find any.
Going to a store that should have it today, though.

I did have a craving for icecream after watching it, but since I had some in the freezer all was well.

Just picked up two of them. Never ate H?agen Dazs before, but I must say, it's delicious.

I hope they got paid for that at least. Is product placement common in Japan?

It's still on the cutting edge of advertising in the US.

I haven't watched TV for at least 2 years and don't like ice cream, so I'm completely oblivious to this thing.
Anyways, where is the part in KnK that have to with this?? I only read the translations on mm and don't think I have come across such thing.

@puKKa: You're the first staff member to double post. O_o Must be urgent.

In the movie Haagen Daz has some sentimental value. Because Shiki's boyfriend gave her some it symbolizes him.

Yes , although in this thread it is referring to how she ate it :)

You have to "Eat the damn thing" while watching the movie
