One of the most riveting pieces of metal I've heard this year, Cadacross - Wreath of Seven Stars.

If harsh vocals aren't your thing, you may prefer to listen to the bonus version, now with clean vocals.

Seriously. This is epic and win, I shit you not. Listen. You will not be disappointed. (Unless you can't don't like any metal, period.)

Its been awhile since i heard this song..
Not sure what led me to listening 'Bush: The science of things' music album again after all these years...

PS.. Now that i think about it...

This song always reminds me about sex.. or at least the process of making babies...

I'm quite into a band called Disturbed right now. Pretty much all of there songs are awesome.
Top 3 would be:
1.Sacred Lie
2.Ten Thousand Fists
3.Rise
Ive seen the man use the needle, seen the needle use that man
Ive seen them crawl from the cradle to the coffin on their hands
They fight a war but its fatal, its so hard to understand.

Never really checked 'em up...
Balcerzak wrote:One of the most riveting pieces of metal I've heard this year, Cadacross - Wreath of Seven Stars.
Hmmm... it's nice. Reminds me a bit of some bands. Like a combination of Rhapsody and Ensiferum to say something :P

I'll try to get some more of these guys later, thanks for the recommendation.

lolwut? Disturbed isn't anywhere near metal. It is just [crappy] Hard Rock. Calling Disturbed "metal" is like saying that Slipknot and Muse are metal, then taking a hammer and smashing it on your hand. Honestly though, Disturbed is a pretty bad band. Their newer album was alright, but their earlier Nu Metal (which isn't actually metal...damn you misnomers) sounding albums were God aweful.

Some decent "metal" bands that I listen to are:

Mirrorthrone (black)
In Flames (melo-death)
At the Gates (melo-death)
Lamb of God (Christ knows)
Soilwork (melo-death)

Never been one to really enjoy thrash though :?

Everyone has there own views :P Lamb of god and in flames that you mentioned are nice bands. Same goes for bands like Megadeth, Black Label Society and Rob Zombie.

True, I don't like Disturbed, thus I think they're crappy (although there are many instances where I won't like something but will acknowledge that it is good). But the fact that they are NOT metal isn't debatable  Same goes with what I said about nu metal.
