Life Size Figures

Unread postby Raven » September 3rd, 2009, 6:11 am

A while back I remember we had an uproar about life-size Saber, that's one thing. But how about a life size Gundam ?

Holy smoking beam saber.

Too bad it's not for sale.

Ah yes, the 1:1 scale RX-78 Gundam in Odaiba... there's even a wedding ceremony held there once.

Hmm.....if I remember correctly its the Gundam from the first season.
It looks..........well like an oversized toy. The model has a plastic sheen to it.
However, if it is a secret weapon which was developed in the guise of a model........
Life is but a River.
A continuous flow, relentless till it reaches its destination.
Rocks, rapids, falls hinder not the flow of the strong.
It has its ups,and its downs.
And in the end,peacefully.......
It dissipates into to vast Ocean.

This just confirms my theory that the Japanese have plans to one day fabricate an army of these and take over the world. This life-size figure is probably a model to present to the government for a feasibility study, disguised as a tourist attraction.

This is kind of like reverse psychology you know, if you try to hide it, people will grow suspicious, but if you leave it in the open, no one will suspect a thing. Devious indeed.

On a serious note however, I can see the auction of this item after the display be very interesting, should they decide to do it. How much would people for for such an item?
Are we Beast's Lair Lite? Are we?!

I think you meant "How much would people pay for such an item? ".
Probably an 8 or 9 figure in yen?
