Registering on your website is impossible

Unread post by Bhalla » March 17th, 2009, 4:44 pm

when I try to register an error occurs and I get the following message: ("Cookies should be enabled in your browser for CAPTCHA validation."), enabling cookies doesn't solve the problem. Could you write how to solve this problem or any possible way to register?

Actually, I've been getting this error too, regardless of what I do. And I do have cookies enabled, so that's not the problem.

I tried using IE7, that still didn't work. This is pretty weird...

No, what browser were you using the first time?

We'll have to forward this issue to chendo.

The website is designed to only run on Firefox.. so... :/

...oh. Well, huh... the error message has to do only with the CAPTCHA thing, so that might help specify it down...

Er... good luck to whoever is going to try and fix that, best of luck to you! I know how annoying website management can be!

Alright, make care to let me know when the problem is resolved, for I should've logged on the site ages ago, but didn't...

By the way, the page shows fine with IE7. I tried opening it with firefox just to make sure I wasn't missing something, but only the font was different.

Oh, it should work in any other browser, but its performance and visuals are at optimal performance with Firefox.
