Square Enix buying Eidos for 84million!

Oh snap!

What will this mean for Tomb Raider and Hitman? On one hand they could turn the two franchises into AWESOME! On the other hand they could ruin the games by giving all the characters gay clothing, emo hair, and giant swords. They could also just stop making the games all together which would be bad too. I'm a big fan of Hitman and I've been waiting a long time for the next game and I hope this doesn't screw things up.

The only up side of this would be a cameo appearance of any of the character from almost any Squenix game. Also, if there is even an idea for a crossover fighting game for this it might be a good thing, depending on who is in it and how well they can pull it off.

Wow. Edios is pretty cheap lol. They used to make good games, but haven't for like 10 years now. :P

Heh, that's also the first reaction I got when reading the news. Even though they haven't made a hit for a while they still hold an impressive porfolio. I wonder if this has something to do with several scandal incident as of late and the executive board are just looking for a quick bail out.

I don't think there games were that bad to begin with. I loved the Hit man series. Just have a hard time beating the games since the controls suck badly. So I am hoping that they will help fix there control issues with some of there games. Tomb Raider is another with bad controls and well camera issues. They need help from Team Ninja.

But I can't wait to see how the games will turn out now. Maybe some agent 47 ref. in some FF? Or some Cids in Hit man. Since there always seems to be a Cid in FF.

Come on, in my opinion Square Enix comes out with better games. And this sort of thing happens all the time.
