Manga tutorial!!!! ( don't worry. It isn't mine.)

Unread postby zweiterversuch » September 14th, 2008, 11:55 pm

Hello!!! let make it short.

A friend of mine has just told me about this guy and after seeing a few of his style I thought " This must be known by the whole world!!!! this is good!!"

For everybody who is learning or is interested in learning how to draw manga this is a good tutorial. ( It could be a little more detailed but I think it is easy to understand and, despite the fact it won't solve all your problems, it will give you some hints.)

Those are basic ones.

NOte: I thought I should make this thread just in case there are some people searching for a good MT and haven't found one.

huu huu.. how many people i would kill to draw like him... i used to be obsessive on trying to learn how to draw, but i simply gave up afterwards realizing that i have no artistic talent whatsoever xD

how come his art in the video looks 100x better than his book covers >.>

I need help on drawing....

....

Girl Boobies...

....

And pretty much the female proportions...

...

And its very tricky to get the 'long hair blown by the wind' effect... So Zwei.. If you found any useful vids covering these... It would REALLY help me out...

There are SO MANY female anime proportions out there that symbolise different types of girls... There are 'innocent', 'beautiful', 'sexy' etc etc... and I dont want to sound like a snob or anything... but I think i've known enough to only skim through those vids.

IMHO, male bodies are very easy to draw. Gundams are the easiest!! Haha.. but that's just me.. XDDD
