Yep! There's even a Tony box version for France Shoujo...
Review and details here.
And purchaseable here.
... it comes with a bed sheet of all things..
as well as OST and artbook and other illustrations!

EDIT: One hour till voting!!!
I wonder who will win...
And just so you know this is just the first round of voting. It narrows down to a final 10, and a final voting takes place later. [not sure how soon... it only lasts 24 hours as well]

Out of curiosity I'm wondering what this is all about now. Is it so we can see a translation of these games, or something else entirely? I only ask this since it piqued my curiosity a litle bit here.

It's how Amaterasu Translations is choosing their next project, by popular vote!
Their first project was Cross Channel which was finished earlier this year...
After doing a good job on the novel...
They held a vote on which game would be next, and Sekien no Inganock won by only a few votes against Baldr Sky.
Inganock is very near released, as it has already been translated and is just being finished up. So, their second project will be released this year too.

This vote is for their 3rd project. 50 nominations were selected, and everyone who registers gets 3 picks. Proxies or cheating gets your votes disqualified... The 10 highest nominees get selected for a final vote, which hasn't happened yet. Then you only get one choice.

That project barring any issues becomes their next project! If it's a large project it might be split up though, and smaller projects might be taken on midway to give everyone a break. Then it would continue afterwards.

EDIT: If the project chosen isn't very good or the translator doesn't like it; then it won't be chosen, and a runner-up will be. Also, if the translator finds a game that he thinks deserves a perfect score, then he might translate that regardless.

Chaos;Head: also very good plot, though has a couple faults as a game
Cross+Channel: interesting characters and their relationships
Ever17: good romantic plots, and a very interesting final route

Wow, I'll definitely be looking into Saya no Uta and Chaos: Head (if you were going to pick one to read first which would you choose? - not worried about the price or anything.)
Anything else of a high calibur you could suggest?
Thanks for your time.

Well, I think SnU is shorter if that matters. If not, then it doesn't matter. That's my opinion atleast.
But I shall forgive you. Some things are beautiful because they cannot be obtained.

Yes, if you are going to play both I'd choose first Saya no Uta because is shorter. But if that doesn't matter... well, I think Saya no Uta is better, but Chaos;Head is "bigger", so to speak, and may result more satisfying (and use a guide to get the best ending at the first try)

In case someone is curious what happened with the voting for next novel to be translated...

The ten finalists, in alphabetical order, are:

11eyes
Baldr Sky Dive1 "LostMemory"
Eden* They Were Only Two, On The Planet
France Shoujo ~Une Fille Blanche~
I/O
Kara no Shoujo
Kimi ga Nozomu Eien
MuvLuv Alternative
Rui wa Tomo wo Yobu
Swan Song

More detailed results will not be posted until after the finals.

And here are sample images for all the games above :

I'm not sure which one I want to win... Those are a lot of GOOD choices...

And here are all the finalist openings on a single playlist :

Why I admit Kimi ga Nozomu Eien the anime was a good show, I hope they don't end up translate the novel. From what I know the routes in the novel are as much a web like Kana.

i was pretty straightforward in wanting 11eyes... but the screens posted of Baldr Sky in the finalists thread caught my attention.... greatly
however.... 11eyes runs in the same engine fate uses (kirikiri was it?) so it means full linux compatibility trough wine ;D

when is the final voting round?

Imma act like a pussy and won't vote. I can't make up my mind. I'll wait until the finals.

My girlfriend is the PRESIDENT (Osananajimi wa Daitouryou)

Wow, already? Isn't this quite recent? I think this one was released like some months ago.

My Girlfriend is the PRESIDENT already has a translation project... it's moving along! But since they didn't ask to be removed from the vote it's still there!
http://tsukuru.info/tlwiki/index.php?ti ... Daitouryou

Also http://www.tsukuru.info/tlwiki/index.ph ... _no_Shoujo for the Kara no Shoujo project which I've heard to be around 10% already.

Anyways... the final vote :
The final poll will start on November 23rd at 6:00 PM US Pacific Time and last for 24 hours.

In another anime thread when I posted the anime "Armed Librarian", a guy asked how on earth the Japanese came up with these things. I answer with another question: "is such question even necessary in an anime thread?"

And here I would like to offer the same question to you. =P

^I know what you mean <_<

Anyway, I'm happy as long as the winner is some mystery, horror, or any fucked up VN. I couldn't even vote... but at least Taka Tony's one was selected together with I / O (or something). I hope I can vote next time.
If you disagree, you are wrong.

Wow, Saya no Uta was absolutely amazing, although it was short I doubt it's something I could find myself reading again anytime soon. I can see now why you recommended it to me. Thanks again!
After reading it, I doubt Chaos; Head could also give me such an sensational (get it xD) and moving experience. Though when I get enough disposable money, I shall seek it out.
Is there anything else out there worth reading?

@Arayashiki -
Have you read Utawarerumono? It may be linear, but it has some of my favorite character development and fantasy story... If you haven't heard much about it and haven't seen the anime; then I very much recommend it...
You might want voices; I'm not sure... I played it without, although added them later to replay. (same as anime VAs)

@Arayashiki
Well, to me Saya no Uta is one of the better translated VN there are, so now you may have a somewhat high standard. And anyways there are not many horror things (are least translated). As said, Utawarerumono is very good, though a part of it resides in the gameplay. If you like more slice-of-life-ish/drama/nakige things, you could try Clannad, Crescendo, or Yume Miru Kusuri. Planetarian is another good, short VN which doesn't have waste (this one without choices). As said in my earlier post, Ever17 and Cross+Channel are also some of the best things I've played. Nasu himself said that Cross+Channel was an unsurmountable barrier in the VN world. If you liked Fate, maybe you'll like Princess Waltz. Another fantasy/action VN is Aoishiro (this one non-H).
If money and/or time is a problem, you could try the al|together VNs; they are all short doujin games, with varying quality, some ones very peculiar. The best ones are the 2005 ones, though the 2008 ones are good also.

EDIT: edited a letter which drastically changed meaning

Well, I just recently started Cross+Channel but I don't want to continue. Will it get any better later. Because it seems to me 95% of the dialogue so far is about panties and sexual harassment.
