I can actually answer most of this without research...

1) The Koushien Stadium
2) Hanshin Tigers
3) Teh Legendary Babe Ruth
4) 全国高等学校野球選手権大会 (National High School Baseball Championship, or just the koushien for lazy people like me)
5) Forgive me, for I had to use google a little: Touch, Ah! Youthful Koushien, Doukaben, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Comic Party Revolution

Wow, that was quick...

I was actually planning to just give you the win... but since you answer it so quickly, i think i'll be a little stingy today..

1. Slightly incorrect incomplete
2. Correct
3. Correct
4. there's more...

5.
Name at least 5 manga/anime that feature the competition
I dunno about Comic Party and Doukaben... so i give it the benefit of the doubt, but for Suzumiya Haruhi, so far in the anime, i see no High School Koushien competition in the anime, just the stadium. Unless you can prove to me that the manga feature the competition, you have to give another example...

Lol.. it's fun being stingy.... ♪~

Alright, it's a little late so this probably won't count, but just to finish it off:

1. Full name is Hanshin Koushien Stadium
4. Also the 選抜高等学校野球大会 (National High School Baseball Invitational Tournament, the Spring Koushien; I guess the earlier one I mentioned is the Summer Koushien.)
5. I rewatched Haruhi and turns out you're right, unless I just can't find the scene I was thinking about earlier. Also rewatched that episode of Comipa, and turns out that they never show a game in Koushien, it's just referred to a couple times (my memory's getting bad) :( . So two more: Dorabase, and Case Closed!

Dorabase include Koushien??? I stopped reading after the 7th volume just a little more after kabuto mushi tournament... but if there's koushien, i gotta read it...

The number 1 is correct.

Number 4 is also correct, there's Summer Koushien, which features school that win (some runners up in selected regions) their summer regional torunament. Spring Invitational featured team that was invited by merit... but by merit, it mostly featured team that performed the best during spring regional tournament, and by the best, it usually means winning it :D .

Number 5.. dunno about Dorabase.. but Case Closed is wrong !! :x There's no Case Closed, it's Meitantei Conan, or at the very least, name it Detective Conan... American and their localizations... *grumble-grumble*

If u're talking about the game where a bomb is planted in the koushien by a dead pitcher's father. Do you recognize the Clean Hitter from Kounan and the Pitcher from Oogane?? Aren't they from Third base 4th?? Yonban Sado?? Third number 4th... The one that featured a bat from Babe Ruth, and a glove from a Japanese pitcher i forgot what his name is...

fixed.

Anyways, I don't know much of anything about Third base 4th, so I don't really know what you're talking about. I don't normally read/watch sports manga/anime, this is just stuff I looked up real quick since I happened to know the answers to the other parts of your question.

lol.. ok.

About Yonban Sado, i was only saying that the chara that appear in meitantei Conan, during the Koushien game, the pitcher and the batter that played each others... they are in fact a character from Yonban Sado, Gosho's earlier work.

Btw, where's the next question?

Yeah I know, I was just saying I have no idea about any of that because I haven't read that manga.

Forgot I still get the next question; might be a bit difficult, but arcade stuff is the only thing I can think about at the moment. At any rate a little bit of shopping should net you the answer:

Seimitsu is one of the premier makers of arcade joysticks in Japan, along with Sanwa. They are most known for their LS-32 model joystick, though they have made a variety others. My question is, which of their joysticks is most commonly found in SNK's Neo-Geo cabinets?

I think its called an LS-32 joystick
this type right?

Nope. The LS-32 is used is most newer cabinets, but not in the Neo-Geo. Also, the stick in that picture is a Happ Competition. Most japanese joysticks come stock with the ball tops, as opposed to the bat shaped tops found in most Western joysticks.

Alright, we're running out of time again, so I'll help you out a little: it's one of the following joysticks: LS-33, LS-40, LS-55, or LS-56. Wanna try guessing?

I am sure Neo-geo's model have always six buttons and one joystick.
So I would say it is the LS-40

Correctamundo! The LS-40 is pretty similar to the LS-32, but I like the 40 a little better because it has a slightly faster engage, though some people say it feels more flimsy than Seimitsu's other joysticks.

The next question goes to you.
