Looking for a good Electronic Japanese - English dictionary

Unread post by Raven » November 19th, 2007, 8:36 am

Good in term of functionality, content and ... *cough, cough* budget too.

After a few month struggle with the text dictionary and with both my hands (and legs too!) on the air I decide to buy an electronic one. I was naively thinking I could get one in the 100$ range (like most other dictionary). But holy cow they're all in the 200-400 range

After much due research I'm looking (or rather ... staring) at the Canon WordTank V80.

It seems about right to me, I espeically like the hand-draw for Kanji and the ability to jump around. And ofcourse the price is relative friendly too (still gonna hurt a bit though). But I never used a Japanese electronic dictionary so I would like to have a few input from people who used these things before. So anyone? :D

I have the DS thing myself and it's pretty good for something so cheap (assuming that you have a DS already). I hope that link helps.
