Maybe you could install both patches and then delete the patchX.xp3 files corresponding to the translation, leaving the one with the voices? I have no idea if this works, though.

This question has been asked many times before. No, you cannot use our voicepatch without the translation, as the two are entirely integrated. You can use a PS2 emulator to play Realta Nua on the PC.

Seeing as how the PS2 version of F/S N is a lot cheaper than the original PC version, it only makes sense to consider the PS2 version (especially if I can get it translated with voices). I'm assuming this is not an easy process to do, and I am curious if you could recommend a site I can make use of this?

(especially if I can get it translated with voices).

Sorry, you can't get Realta Nua translated, only the PC-version. The only thing you can do with realta nua (except playing it) is to put voices into your pc-version of the game.
But I shall forgive you. Some things are beautiful because they cannot be obtained.

That's not to say it could be translated in the future, but I personally think it'd make more sense to port Realta Nua's content to the PC version than vice-versa. This is because the PC version has 800x600 CGs and images VS Realta Nua's 640x480, and obviously higher res is better.
