Fate/Stay Night on Linux

Unread post by Leksandar » February 8th, 2009, 4:13 pm

So I've got the game itself, the patch, wine, and the latest version of Ubuntu. I know it's possible, but I have no idea how as neither Google nor trial-and-error brought me any closer to success. So anyone care to give me a step-by-step guide?

Pretty please? I'd be forever in your debt etc.

I'd use virtualbox. Yes it's fully emulated windows but it works (almost) perfectly and you won't need any special tricks.

Virtualbox even has 3d acceleration now, so it should work very passably.

If all else fails, you can try Crossover.
