Well magus snipe is be probably the easiest.... But going around gae blog'ing everyone sounds plenty fun ( assuming you get lancer ) can be used 7 times without recharge very likely that one hits ( Unless you have EX luck ) one shot per kill sounds fun... but even again there are things like berserker. Aside from though gae blog would probably be one of the most powerful weapons

Not neccessarily the best way to kill a servent but the easiest would be to simply kill the master. Either that or have Archer/Shirou spam rule breaker against all the servents(seems like a fun method to me)

It wont be easy for it to hit the servant in the first place

To most people its a useless knife. The only one who could sense its danger was shirou. Saber shrugged it off as a toy. So its not like people would treat it as a real threat.

if it's only one. having it as a sword rain could raise the servant's vigilance. after all, most servants are not foolish enough to tank a rain of knives, no matter how harmless one of them looks. perhaps using it as a single, apparently harmless knife is a better way.

True. Maybe they could hide it in with a bunch of more deadlier swords to draw attention off it. That being said it was more of a joke reference then anything else. Once you use the technique on one servent then its mystery is blown. You cant win a grail war with it.

Lol, although that last part went over my head "Sakura's Eye's, The Command Spell" etc...

Would Depletion Garden work? It only depletes the mana in the atmosphere (is it prana or od?), not within the body...but then, one could argue the servants are mana in the atmosphere, as they are entities of pure magic.
