shirou looks like a light-l blend. but his appearance and style is a total homage to l.

the "note, sakura's eyes, and bind of the command spells" refers to
death note.

shinigami eyes ( sakura possesses them )

and command spell bind over archer.

and gil doesn't look like shinji.
because he totally looks like light when ryuk killed him with the death note in last 2 chapter.

right, back to topic. death note IS the best way to kill a servant then. :P

I'd go for the sniper, i would like to see even berserker try to survive a Barrett round in the head. failing that you can always go for the master. if that fails to i would take the nuke (tsaren bomb FTW!) there is no such thing as overkill

Well that bullet wouldn't even scratch Berserker. Servants can't be harmed by modern weapons, even nukes.

Its not an option on the poll, but..

The best way to do it is to use bullets, but not your normal bullets. They would be hollow point in design, but when they expand they release either

A: mini black hole
or
B: have some sort of magical enchantment on them that when they hit, them instantly drain all magic energy to 0.

where does it say that?

i cant remember having seen anything about that in the game, either about them saying it or anybody trying to attack a servant with modern weapons?

of course i have only played fsn yet, not zero or ataraxia... do they mention something like that in them?

mini black hole is kinda impossible but
if you are talking about magical bullets , kiritsu is a good example

To kill Berserker, you need some god-slaying caliber of weaponry. Maybe you need to fill your bullet with shavings of the Spear of Longinus or something (since the Christ is a god, and died from the Cross and Longinus). Therefore, it will be so much more efficient to just nail the Master instead. Just catch them off guard and shoot them with a regular bullet.

well, mini black holes are being made by scientists on earth right now.

Hrm, maybe it would be more effective instead of a mini black hole, make it be a mini shadow like Sakura uses to absorb servants.

I'm pretty sure it says it early on. Since Servants are spiritual bodies and not ones of true flesh, modern weapons can't harm them. Basically, only things that can harm a spirit can harm them, such as magic.

Shirou's swords are made of prana. Souichiro and Bazett have their fists enhanced by spells.

you're a bit off. what shirou traced is a noble phantasm, an artifact which possesses a powerful magical power besides being an object of mystery. even if we use the original merodach or caliburn, we can still hurt servants with it. so it's not because shirou copied them; he's merely reproducing them.

What Raitei said. Objects of ancient origins possess powers matching that of sorcery without being "magical". Basically the accumulation of age can cause animate and inanimate objects to gain almost magical properties. Therefore, a relic such as an ancient spear may hurt a servant without being a NP. The extend of the damage, however, will depend on how potent its mystery is.

You are not entirely wrong in saying modern weapons cannot hurt servants, but also not entirely right. Kiritsugu's br0ken weapon is not quite a pistol. To be more specific, I believe it is a conceptual weapon.

If we are talking about HF 5 then:

Who's the hell girl?

Nuke won't work unless it somehow kills the master (kinda likely)

Death note would be efficient to kill the master. (form a contract with their servant)

Sniping would be efficient in the 5th war.

servant vs servant is less efficient than the other methods. (LOOK AT ALL THE REMATCHES!)

Exorcising would not give a level up in time. Steroids would be more efficient. LOL. (yes I know that's not what your going for but NYA)

If I was serious then I would have voted for the last option. And the reason is boredom.
