Niether do I. I use this: http://www.pandorascube.com/ps2amagsli.html

If you have the original PS2, as opposed to the slim one, this nifty device (and disc) pulls out your disc tray while still running and allows you to play imported and burned games. Instructions come with it~

I'm using that and although it's more work than a hardware mod it's been working perfectly and easy to take into use by yourself.

Not sure if this was meant to be taken seriously. But PS2 is getting a lot of new titles, and why not, they have the highest console base and much lower development cost than PS3. Making games for PS3 is investing in the future, PS2 games are what make money atm.

no, $100 for the figure PLUS the game

Just a simple observation, I'm not into the game industry much any longer so I can't evaluate, was simply supriced that they do games when there's new consoles out. But I can imagine making games to them is quite expensive, so it's sad they're almost forced to stay on inferior platforms

If you say that to Mr. Rai he will most likely hunt you down! :P
Never look down on a Saber figurine!
But, yeah... it's a bit pricey for me too. If there is a poor-guy-edition of the game (one that doesn't come with the figurine) I may consider buying it, but at this moment I have problems with money...

Actually, the person who prompted the original comment said that they would by the set, then give the game to a friend. In other words, they're not looking down on the figurine; in fact, that's all that they apparently want.
