My favorite endings, in order, are Ciel's True, Kohaku's and Hisui's True. Ciel's Good ending really make me go "o_0 WTF?"

Overall, I would say my least favorite route was Hisui's, but the Shiki/Hisui interactions made it worthwhile. I felt Kohaku's was a little slow as well, since you already know most of the... "revelations" by then, but the Shiki/Kohaku (and Akiha butting in) interaction made it great, and the Nanaya chapter alone makes it the best route IMO. A fitting end.

I completed all of the mentioned endings but somehow im missing one in the ending list. Is it supposed to be Akiha's Normal Ending where they said it doesn't register or what?

And in Ciel's Lesson after completing Kohaku's True Ending she said something about Tohno Shiki's Ending? What does that mean?

Well, do the ending part again and read it to then VERY END, then if you have completed all of the ending, a new option will appear on the menu, which involves a small scenario where Shiki meets Aoko and thanks her for everything and stuff. It's very short. That's the Shiki ending I think.

So i have to read the whole normal ending again?

Edit:
Ohhhhh... Now its not saying that it doesn't register, and the choice popped up.

Well, to play devil's advocate on an unpopular choice,
I honestly liked Ciel's true ending the best. My reaction was very much in accordance to that chart, but it was more specifically "Holy fxuk that was just freaking awesome." It's unfortunate for Arc, but it's hard to deny the adrenaline rush in that scene. I don't know why people dislike Ciel so much. Everybody talks about the "But she tries to kill you" part, but they have no problem loving other characters that do exactly the same (Sacchin, for only one concrete example. She loves you so much she's just going to rip your limbs off and use your torso as a hug pillow at night. Funny thing is that the dialogue in her final scene is freakishly similar to the scene with Ciel's attempt on Shiki, but the roles are suddenly reversed and Shiki is far more the monster to poor Sacchin). Somehow whenever I consider this, the hilarious concept of a mandated "separation of church and porn" pops up in my head, and I can't help but laugh at the thought. Conversely, both Arc n' Ciel's good endings were just plain boring to me. And with no offense intended to either Arcueid or Kohaku, when it comes to endings that make you cry over loss, they really do have nothing on Key's characters that leave you simply devastated. All the Akiha endings (or more specifically the route itself) had only one emotional effect on me:
"Will all great Neptune's ocean wash this blood
Clean from my hand?"
But perhaps what was really most unfortunate of all is that by the time I got around to Kohaku's ending, I was pretty burned out on Tsukihime (and on Kohaku's route itself, which was very intense). I knew I was seeing something very touching, and I knew intellectually what emotions my heart was gathering from it (the warm teary ones), but I was numb as a corpse at that point.

true endings forces you to burst into tears and getting all emo, while it subconsciously visualizes your own what-should-be-happening-after-the-route storyline.. (i don't know about others, but it certainly does for me..)
good endings just end like that, hence the name good ending, no continuation. happy.
i wonder why Nasu didn't create a good ending for akiha?

I forgot to mention that the final image of Ciel in "Daylight Blue" just might be the the most beautiful CG in the game, imho.

I'd say it was because there was no *happy* end for such a situation. Personally, i love her route, and love every true end more than every good. I just like trageties, is all.

reviving old topic;

I don't get it, what's so bad about Arc's good end? You can't really continue much in a storyline after the main conflict is resolved. It a good end!

And I think Akiha's normal end is really good.

Sacchin lol.

@ubel

well...alot of complications arise from
1. a person with the blood of a demon hunting family being in a intimate relationship with someone with the blood of a demon family
2. the fact that they are (in social appearance) brother and sister
3. the fact that Akiha's inversion impulse is a very volatile occurance (even if it happens once, it can happen again), so any "good" ending still has to ultimately retain the fact that one day Akiha may still decide to eat Shiki for lunch (which would also ruin the good ending)
4. if they somehow made it so that Akiha would not possibly "invert" again (for EG the "good" ending could be the Akiha True but instead of finding the knife she finds shiki there waiting for her...or something...and that somehow she becomes immune -> inversion impulse) then that cuts her out of Tsukihime 2 :o...cant have a heroine without a little baggage and drama
5. the rest of the Tohno family...expecially a certain father killer (although that would make a good plot device...)
6. all the other heroines got 2 or less endings, giving Akiha 3 would cause a fanboy war :o

Good ends are good, you can't put it simpler than that  . I believe 'good' endings are endings where things that couldn't be stopped in the real ending end up happening in the good ending.

What's good about Akiha's good ending was the fact that Shiki survived. In the true ending Shiki ends up sacrificing his life for her, and that's what Nasu decided would happen if it had to happen.

I got it the right way around right? Been too long since I've played it >.>

i like all the dead ends.. lolz
where shiki dies and all.... i laugh at it.. the main hero dies and its over...(i must be insane)

personally i liked both endings of Arcueid(the true ending made me emo, makes me want to kill myself for being emo, sucks.)
i also liked the akiha true ending
shiki dying... kinda rare for the main hero to die... i think i would have done the same if i was in the situation.. but then again maybe not eheheh

didn't liked the akiha normal ending i mean what the hell!!!!????

makes me think, why does typemoon makes this kinds of ending... makes me wanna cry... lolz...

oh and yeah.... i was laughing out loud when i went into a dead end where arcueid killed shiki(the part where shiki raped arc, choose the one that will continue shiki raping arc... option 2 i think)... after viewing the ciel-sensei lesson...

Though i dont like sad endings much, Hisui's true end was by far the best since i dont see it as just sad
It left me feeling really sad then really happy. I like Kohaku and love Akiha, so it sucked that they died but that's what made it so good, the whole "You're gonna go through tough times in life but there are still things to look forward to and u gotta move on" thing and eventually they will learn to be happy together. Kohaku's revelation was damn sweet too. Being a Husui fan though, i was really disappointed in her route. There wasnt as much intimacy and emotional moments with Shiki as when compare with other routes and so, besides the fact that Shiki sleeps and ends up with her, the route doesnt even feel like its her own; it felt like it heavily involved the other 2 far end heroines. I suppose that's good in a way though, since the ending wouldnt have been possible without that, but they could have at least made Shiki and Husui bonded better.

Hisui would probably be my favorite if only she had a good story behind her character.

I love most of the endings, except for the Akiha's normal ending and Arcueid's good ending.
You just need to save often and use the skip scene to see all the endings, some of the bad endings are a must see, too, don't be afraid of them!

So the second best one is the one that only gets only one ending? :(

THE PICTURE IS WIN!!

And yes, Hisui's route is probably the best!

Ahahahaahhaa!!! Aaaah! I remember those moments! mainly the "manly tears" from Akiha's True. But the "manly tears", for me, was also present in Hisui's True :P
