Where to get Tsukihime?

Unread post by riceboks » February 6th, 2005, 6:29 pm

I'm really lazy and don't feel like searching.. so.. where online would be a reliable source to buy Tsukihime? eBay definitely doesn't have it, and I would browse around J-list and Himeya but my dial-up can't handle those sites.

Oh, and how many of you thought I was asking for a download? 8)

AFAIK it's out of print at the moment ;_; Hopefully Type-Moon will re-release it some time in the future, maybe as a five-year annviersary edition or something similar.

Apart from searching Yahoo Japan Auctions, you're pretty much out of luck. Every time I've searched for Tsukihime (usually Tsukibako) there, I've always found multiple sellers. It's the price that'll get you (starting in the 8,000 yen ranging to 25,000 yen... I've seen some sell for around 13,000 yen though...it's all very relative.

(I spent an embarrassing amount on my copy, I probably could've got it much cheaper.)

Well crap.. Now the patch is meaningless to me because it'll be tough to acquire (second-year college student, without a job, and am not willing to look for one yet).. hrm. Time will tell, I hope.

Thanks for the info guys. :)
