I got stuck

i have been following this walktrough (http://maw2.walkthrough.tripod.com/walk1.htm)and doing everything it says in order to get lucy but i seem to be unable to get the Lucy's Past event on chapter 3, and it seems i can't advance any furter since there are no other events happening, it says i need to be affectionate with lucy and complete hanna san search, both requirements are meet alrready but i can't get the event to happen anyway, can somebody help me? it has been like this for an hour now
