It was a shot in the dark. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. *chuckles*

All the best to the editing and beta team, now that translation is finished.

Where should people interested in being beta testers sign up, or are there already confirmed beta teams?

I thought the project page said you didn't need any more people, though? We don't need people for any particular project, in fact we've got things covered for F/sn at the moment. But that doesn't mean we can't use a dedicated all-round editor for projects in general. The job requirements are rather...

Re: ......

Sorry Message, I'll be careful. Well, Gilgamesh would be an example against that. He could have taken care of Berserker easily with the Gates of Babylon, I imagine. I believe as it says in the beginning during like Rin's explanations: It's set up so even the weak or lesser known can conquer the tit...

Agreed. Another something that just occured to me; I was replaying the fight with Gilgamesh on the bridge, and then i realisd something: Shirou has Avalon implanted in his body, Avalon is Saber's sheath and is meant to protect her, and she only becuase vulnerable when Avalon was stolen. So, since Av...

I'd pick Joan of Arc as a Saber-class Servant. Joan did a lot of fighting up close and personal with her sword, and she's a national hero in France. I believe in Fate/Zero one of the Servants thought Saber was Joan (known by her French name, Jeanne d'Arc ), so the possibility of her being summoned ...

But Shirou's attitude about not letting Saber fight is predominant from day 1 (well, day 2 at least). I don't think it's realistic to say he's in love with her after only knowing her for a few hours. The game states that he found her incredibly attractive, but I don't think the game was going for t...

Re: Could Archer have beaten Berserker?

As it says. For an already-weakened Archer to defeat Berserker 6 times before snuffing it is pretty good, IMO, so then I started thinking: Would it have been possible for Archer to beat Berserker? And if so, how? We know for sure that that Archer as he appears in Fate couldn't do it... but what if ...

So...Unlimited Blade Works

First off, much thanks to the translation team, there are some grammar and spelling mistakes, but none too jarring, and above all, this patch is a great way for non-Japanese speaking fans to delve into the world of F/SN. So, out of curiosity, how far along is UBW? Are you guys working on it right no...

Indeed, it would be a really great thing. it would add more flavour to the game with voices (especially Kwasumi Ayako as Saber, Ayako = <3). I'm also curious as to how Assassin will sound, and Caster, and Gilgamesh....

My impressions of Shirou are that he's very much a part of the old school of thought which says; "Leave the fighting to the guys, it's not right for a girl to get beat up." Now, the whole anthropological reason for that was that in the caveman days, when life was so dangerous, that the men went out ...
